Ashlee D. Smith is a commercial photographer and filmmaker based in Fort Worth, Texas, and owner of Petite Fleur, LLC. Ashlee's passion lies in authentically capturing the human experience and the beauty that can be found or created in the world. Backed by a film degree from George Mason University, she has leveraged the art of storytelling in the corporate world for fifteen years, with a special focus on amplifying Employee perspectives throughout her work.

Throughout her career as a storyteller and employer brand consultant for Southwest Airlines, she has collaborated with major brands such as Boeing, Disney, Coca-Cola, Lyft, and GSD&M, enhancing customer and employee engagement through heart-tugging visual narratives. Her work has also been prominently featured in Southwest: The Magazine, CNN, USA Today, Condé Nast Traveler, New York Times, Travel+Leisure, Vogue, Forbes, and Airways Magazine.

Petite Fleur is Ashlee's creative outlet and means of sharing her talents with small businesses in North Texas.
